It was a pleasant experience having my Estate Planning done by
McCabe, Coleman, Ventosa & Patterson PLLC.
John Ventosa made the legal terminology easier to understand and less intimidating. Rachel’s efficient drafting of the documents helped meet the delivery request of 30 to 60 days. All documents were signed and delivered exactly on the 30th day. I couldn’t have been happier.

John J. Ventosa is a founding partner at McCabe Coleman Ventosa & Patterson PLLC where he practices primarily in the areas of trusts & estates, business, and real estate.

John’s primary focus is Estates & Trusts and Business Planning. Prior to founding McCabe Coleman Ventosa & Patterson in 2018, John served his community as a Senior Assistant Public Defender in the Dutchess County Public Defender’s office, where he represented individuals charged with everything from simple violations to violent felonies and developed a reputation for aggressive, unrelenting representation of his clients’ interests and a keen knowledge of the law.
