Bernadette M. Davidson has joined McCabe Coleman Ventosa & Patterson PLLC with solid experience working for matrimonial and general litigation firms in NYC where she represented clients with a variety of matrimonial and family law issues, including cases with high net assets, contested custody litigation and a multitude of other family law matters. With over 20 years of legal practice, Bernadette has represented employees of several city unions, as well as teachers’ unions in Nassau and Westchester Counties, where she litigated landlord tenant matters, bankruptcy matters, and matrimonial and family law matters.
Bernadette acquired her Bachelor of Science from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York with a dual major that included criminal justice and psychology. While attending Marist College, she was a legal secretary for a prominent Orange County attorney’s office that predominantly handled criminal and insurance defense matters.
While attending CUNY School of Law in Flushing New York where she obtained her juris doctorate, Bernadette was employed by the City of New York, Administration for Children’s Services working as a paralegal/investigator for the employment law unit as well as the fatality review panel where she assisted in cases involving severe abuse and neglect of children.
In her spare time, Bernadette is actively involved with animal rescue.
