Christopher focuses primarily on serving individual, family and business clients who require assistance with business, commercial and real estate matters. In addition to having owned and operated private businesses, Christopher previously worked in law firms in New York City and upstate New York, where he obtained invaluable experience, knowledge and skill in many areas of law. He primarily represents clients in connection with the sale, purchase, development and leasing of commercial & residential real estate; the formation, sale, purchase, transfer, restructuring and merger of businesses; and advising and representing clients involved in business disputes and all other commercial matters. Christopher obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law (1990 - with Honors) and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany (1987 – Dean’s List of Distinguished Students). He is admitted to practice law in all New York State courts, and also the U.S. (Federal) District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Dutchess County Bar Association and Ulster County Bar Association.
