N. Gershon Abramoff

N. Gershon Abramoff is Of Counsel to the law offices of McCabe Coleman Ventosa & Patterson, PLLC, where he manages the personal injury and medical malpractice departments. Prior to joining the firm in May 2021, Mr. Abramoff was an associate trial attorney at the law offices of Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik, LLP and Alan Ripka & Associates, LLP in New York City.

Based out of New York City, N. Gershon Abramoff is an advocate for all those who have suffered devastating personal injuries and crippling financial loss due to the carelessness of others. Mr. Abramoff fights on behalf of victims of construction-site accidents, sidewalk, staircase and playground defects, bus and automobile accidents, and medical malpractice. He is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. In 2022, N. Gershon Abramoff was selected to the 2022 New York Super Lawyers list for his personal injury work.

Born in Paris, France, and raised in New York City, Mr. Abramoff utilizes his diverse background and international perspective to better serve his clients. He is a graduate of New York University (B.A., '08) and Brooklyn Law School (J.D., '13). While attending law school, Mr. Abramoff was admitted into the summer associate program of Gide Loyrette Nouel, one of France's largest and most prestigious corporate law firms, serving in the Project and Infrastructure Finance division. He also served in the Safe Harbor Project, a student-run legal clinic aimed at representing political asylum seekers before the USCIS Asylum Office and Federal Immigration Court.
